Legal services in Spain
We strongly advise all investors to contract professional legal services
which are independent of the Estate Agents. We do not advice investors
to rely on Estate Agents to carry out the conveyance unless the Estate
Agent can show they have legal credentials and you are sure they will
not have a conflict of interest.. In nearly all cases, contracting an
independent conveyance service is best.

Good news for investors
The tax rate for non-residents now stands at only 18%. This is a new
rate that came into force in January 2007 as an EU ruling to reduce
